HB Plastics Group offers custom vacuum forming for durable, lightweight formed plastic parts. We produce light box faces, machine covers, trays, automotive panels, POS housings and protective covers for clients across Australia.

Our in-house tooling and forming capacity means we control the process end-to-end — from pattern making and mould production through forming, trimming and finishing. This shortens lead times and keeps costs predictable, even on complex parts.

We form in a full range of sheet plastics including ABS, HIPS, polycarbonate, acrylic and PETG. Volumes range from one-off prototypes to ongoing production programs.
