PTFE (Teflon®) Sheet

PTFE — best known by the DuPont brand name Teflon® — is a high performance engineering plastic with the lowest friction of any solid material and outstanding chemical and thermal resistance. It performs continuously from below -200°C to +260°C.

We supply PTFE sheet, rod and strips (skived and moulded) cut to your specification. Common uses include seals, gaskets, low-friction slides, chemical processing liners, electrical insulation and food-grade wear parts.

PTFE is not bondable with standard adhesives, so most applications use it as a machined component or bolted-in wear pad.
