Polycarbonate Sheet

Polycarbonate is an extremely tough, virtually unbreakable clear plastic. It carries roughly 250 times the impact resistance of glass while weighing about half as much, which is why it is the standard choice for machine guards, safety screens, roofing and skylights.

We stock and cut solid polycarbonate sheet (Lexan® style), multiwall / twinwall polycarbonate for roofing and pergolas, and tinted and UV stabilised variants. Every sheet we supply for outdoor use carries UV protection on one or both faces.

Common applications include patio and pergola roofing, industrial guards, riot shields, greenhouse glazing, POS displays and signage where breakage is a concern.
