Nylon Sheet & Rod

Nylon is a tough, wear-resistant engineering plastic used for bearings, gears, bushes, rollers and general wear parts. It offers a great balance of strength, low friction and machinability at a competitive price.

We supply extruded nylon (Nylon 6 / 66) and cast nylon (Nylon 6 MC / Nylatron style) in sheet and rod form. Cast nylon is stiffer and better for large diameter or thick section parts, while extruded nylon is more economical for smaller components.

Applications range from mining and materials handling wear parts through to food machinery bushes and general workshop components.
