HDPE Sheet

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a tough, chemical resistant engineering plastic. It is food safe, easy to machine and stands up to moisture, chemicals and impact — making it ideal for cutting boards, marine applications, tanks, chutes and food processing equipment.

We supply HDPE in natural, black, white and a range of colours, cut to your specification. Our cutting board grade HDPE is widely used by commercial kitchens, butchers, food manufacturers and boat builders across Australia.

HDPE is easy to CNC route, drill and thermoform. It is not readily glued, so mechanical fastening is generally used for assembly.
