ABS Plastic Sheet

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a tough, impact resistant sheet plastic that vacuum forms and machines beautifully. It is widely used across automotive, signage, prototyping, caravan panels and industrial enclosures.

We stock ABS in a range of thicknesses and finishes including standard black, white and haircell texture. It cuts, drills, glues and paints easily, making it a favourite for prototyping and short-run production parts.

Common uses include vehicle interior trim, dash panels, caravan and RV panels, machine covers, signage substrates and display mock-ups.
